When you communicate with a customer, you are the face of the whole company. Your job is to represent the organization and to do your best to leave the customer with a positive feeling. Effective, accurate communications are vital to the performance of these duties.

This course provides the foundation for proper communication methods used when dealing with customers. You will learn the proper approach to servicing customers including how to make them feel positive about their experience with the organization and defusing difficult situations and angry customers.

The three modules of this course include:
  •   Module 1: Communications
  •   Module 2: Enhanced Customer Service Skills
  •   Module 3: Handling Difficult Customer Situations
